Returns and Exchanges

At Vikings Kingdom, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. We offer a 30-day return policy subject to the following:

- Buyer can return or exchange item

- Buyer must return item within 30 days of delivery

- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

- Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition

- It should be accompanied by all original tags and returned in its original packaging.

- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation, is required.

3. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items fall under exceptions and cannot be returned. These include:

- Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants.

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

4. Refund

In accordance with our return policy, the refund will be processed via your original payment method. No cancellation of order/purchase is accepted.

5. Returning Items

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning item to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. In addition, we are not able to accept return of items that have been altered in any way by the customer. Please note that for international orders, any of the following charges paid by the customer are not refundable: customs fees, import duties, and taxes.
